Are You Holding a Grudge?
Let’s talk about something tender. Something we don’t always say out loud:
Are you holding a grudge?
Here’s my answer—plain and true:
I’m not the person who holds grudges.
I’ve learned that carrying resentment is like drinking bitter tea and expecting someone else to taste it. It weighs you down, clouds your joy, and steals space from the things that matter.
But that doesn’t mean I forget.
I believe in karma—not as revenge, but as rhythm. What you do to someone, especially when they least expect it, has a way of circling back. Sometimes through a stranger. Sometimes through the very thing you love most.
That’s why I choose peace.
I let go—not because the hurt didn’t happen, but because I refuse to let it shape me. I trust that life has its own way of balancing the scales.
So no, I don’t hold grudges.
I hold grace. I hold boundaries. I hold lessons.
And I keep walking—with love, with clarity, and with the quiet knowing that what’s meant to return… always does.
