Cucumber Citrus Glow
Ingredients
- ½ cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced into rounds
- A few sprigs of fresh mint
- strawberries, sliced
- sugar (optional)
- 1 tsp grated ginger (optional, for warmth)
- 2 cups cold water or coconut water
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Add cucumber, lemon, mint, strawberries and ginger to a pitcher.
- Pour in water or coconut water. Let it infuse for 10–15 minutes.
- Serve over ice. Sip slowly. Let it be a pause.
