Take a quiet moment—no agenda, no performance. Just you, your breath, and the space you’re in.
Prompt:
Close your eyes and ask yourself: Where in my body does ease live today? What does it feel like—texture, temperature, rhythm? Is it familiar or new? And what part of me resists it?
Let your answers be felt before they’re written. You don’t need to explain them. Just notice.
A Gentle Ritual: The Ease Scan
This is a soft, 5-minute practice you can do at the start or end of your day:
- Sit or lie down comfortably. Let your body settle without adjusting or correcting.
- Start at the crown of your head. Slowly scan downward, asking: Is there ease here?
If yes, breathe into it. If no, offer that space a quiet “thank you” and move on. - End at your feet. Imagine them rooting into the earth, held without effort.
You’re not trying to fix anything. You’re simply witnessing where ease lives—and where it’s still learning to arrive.
