Ingredients:
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- Zest of one grapefruit
- grapes ( or halves)
- Tart shells or graham cracker crusts
- Grapefruit segments (peeled and pith removed)
Assembly:
Whip cream cheese with honey and zest until smooth. Spoon into tart shells and top with grapefruit segments and grapes. Chill before serving. The result? A dessert that’s bright, creamy, and just a little unexpected.
