Elegant Roasted Grapes with Cream Cheese Toast

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup seedless grapes
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • thinly slice onion (or garlic)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Cream cheese
  • Sourdough or brioche slices

Assembly:
Roast grapes at 400°F for 15 minutes until blistered. Spread cream cheese on toasted bread, top with the thinly sliced onion and warm grapes, and drizzle with honey. It’s cozy, elegant, and perfect for slow mornings or reflective evenings.
